Your profile will be reviewed before it becomes publicly listed. When a project matches your services and coverage area, you'll be able to review the details and choose whether to submit a proposal.

Proposal choices: You will never be forced to guess a fixed price. Contractors can respond with an Estimated Range, a Fixed Bid, or Site Visit Required. Preliminary pricing can be revised after measurements, inspection, scope confirmation, material selection, permitting requirements, or other project-specific details.

Basic listing and bidding are free. The beta marketplace model charges a success fee only when a homeowner awards work through Find MT Contractors. Final fee terms will be shown before bidding.
